This policy explains general cancellation and refund principles for DIZZART Interior Studio enquiries, consultations, design services, and interior execution work. Final terms may vary based on the signed proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Consultation and Booking Amounts
Any consultation fee, booking amount, design advance, or project advance will be governed by the terms communicated at the time of payment. Amounts paid to reserve time, initiate design work, conduct site visits, or begin project planning may be non-refundable once work has started.
Design Work
Payments made for drawings, concepts, layouts, 3D visuals, BOQ preparation, material selection, or design consultation are generally not refundable once the work has been initiated or delivered.
Material Orders and Execution
Payments used for procurement, custom manufacturing, labour booking, vendor payments, site work, or installation are not refundable once the order or work has started. Custom-made furniture, modular units, finishes, and project-specific materials cannot usually be cancelled after confirmation.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client cancels a confirmed project, DIZZART Interior Studio may deduct charges for completed work, design time, site visits, materials ordered, labour allocation, vendor commitments, administrative work, and any non-recoverable expenses.
Project Changes
Changes requested after design approval, material confirmation, production, or execution may require revised pricing and timeline. Additional work or rework may be billed separately.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved in writing, it will be processed to the original payment method or mutually agreed account within a reasonable business timeline, after deduction of applicable charges.
